Pro Vita’s Small Group Strength and Conditioning Class is based on a small group fitness approach with a focus on developing muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance. The class programming utilizes traditional and functional training methods. Both of which are proven and backed by science. The group fitness classes are guided through a mixture of low, medium, and high intensity workouts throughout the week that are fun, challenging, and strategically designed to train the entire body.
What to Expect From Our Strength Coaches
The small group fitness class setting not only gives each class member ample space to workout but also allows each member the opportunity to get one-on-one attention from our coaches, ensuring proper form and technique. Another unique and important component of the programming for the small group strength and conditioning class is injury prevention and longevity. We consider this a lifestyle program. Within each workout, we incorporate appropriate muscle activation, mobility, and stability exercises.
