Small Group training classes for any ability level

Pro Vita’s Small Group Strength & Conditioning Training classes are designed to help you develop and fine tune your muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance. From the warm up to the final rep, the programming emphasizes activation, mobility, stability and injury prevention so you not only lose weight and feel great, but you look strong, feel strong and most importantly move well. We train the year-round lifestyle athlete!

 
 

small, intimate class sizes

Class sizes are kept small with a maximum of 10 participants, so that each client is provided with a more individualized training experience, while still being able to have some fun with a few new friends.

 

Please note, new clients must schedule a drop-in/tour of the facility before enrolling in your first class.
