Pro Vita’s members enjoy a spacious open floor plan with lots of windows, two garage doors and ample room and equipment to get in a great workout. Members have access to our vetted network of health professionals to include our Certified Nutritionist, Meal Prep Chef and our top notch Personal Trainers. We offer small group strength and conditioning classes multiple times a day every weekday.

small group strength & conditioning classes

A small group training approach (10 person limit) with a focus on developing muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance. The class programming utilizes traditional and functional training methods. Both of which are proven and backed by science. The group fitness class is guided through a mixture of low, medium and high intensity workouts throughout the week that are fun, challenging and strategically designed to train the entire body.

The small group setting not only gives each class member ample space to workout but also allows each member the opportunity to get the attention from our coaches ensuring proper form and technique. Another unique and important component of the programming for the small group class is injury prevention and longevity. We consider this to be a lifestyle program. Within each workout we incorporate appropriate muscle activation, mobility and stability exercises. Regardless of whether you have been an athlete for decades or you are new to the world of fitness, these workouts are designed to meet you right where you’re at and help push you to your next level of strength, stamina and overall well being both safely and effectively.

Pro Vita’s Personal Trainers are extremely passionate, knowledgeable, and have experience training individuals of all ages and all levels of fitness. We aim to give each client an elite experience through customized fitness programs based on individual goals and needs. Each session will be fun, challenging, intentional and provide the accountability and the support you need to achieve lasting fitness goals. We offer a few different training packages depending on how many days a week you and your trainer decide to meet.

Personal training clients receive four complimentary small group class sessions that can be used each month and are also offered our 24/ Hr Open Gym memberships at a 10% discount.

 
 

nutrition & meal prep

At Pro Vita we believe that nutrition is absolutely essential to obtaining optimal health and performance. We have partnered with Megan Crozier. Megan is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Restorative Wellness Practitioner. She helps individuals learn how to fuel their bodies for better energy, performance, and sustainable fat loss -- without compromising their long-term health, extreme restriction, or diet obsession.

Unlike diets and plans that are one-size-fits-all, she takes an approach that focuses on nourishing the whole body while supporting your unique needs -- including your hormones, your digestion, your relationship with food and your body, and your lifestyle.
